John John Da Don vs. Reed Dollaz kicked off the night for Smack/URL's most recent NOME 4 battle event. This battle was a big deal for Reed Dollaz who hasn't battled in many years, and fans weren't sure if he would be able to make the necessary adjustments to compete on this evolved level. Thanks to QueenzFlip for going out to Philly and bringing Reed back to Battle Rap, Smack/URL was able to make this battle happen for the fans on NOME 4.
John John went first and spit fire in his first round, despite some brief and unnecessary hatred from a select few fans in attendance. Reed came out of the gate with a hard bar in his first that had the entire venue erupt into a massive roar. However, it was a steep downhill slope from there for Reed which ended with some fans screaming out "Time!" in his third round signaling for him to stop rapping prematurely.
