Prior to the start of Shady Records' "Total Slaughter" event, a nearly butt-naked Daylyt spoke with VladTV Battle Rap Journalist Michael Hughes about a few topics including his battle with T-Rex.

Daylyt briefly addressed his 1-on-1 fight with Dizaster, and stated that people just need to let the situation "die down."  He claims to have the footage available if people would like to see it, but he won't release it onto the Internet for the general public's viewing pleasure.  Day also claimed to have shown the fight footage to the likes of Hollow Da Don and other battlers, who all cosigned that he and Dizaster really exchanged blows.

When addressing his Total Slaughter battle against his fellow Dot Mob member T-Rex, Daylyt was in full troll mode.  He stated that the Hammerstein Ballroom where the event was held was actually his home, and that Rex needed to take off his shoes when stepping into his house.  Even though Daylyt claimed that he wasn't going to use any antics during the battle, he came out wearing a full Spawn costume from head to toe.
