VladTV Battle Rap Journalist Michael Hughes caught up with Murda Mook in the lobby of The New Yorker hotel, following his rematch with Loaded Lux at the Shady Records "Total Slaughter" battle event, and spoke to him about his seemingly flawless victory.

While the judgment from fans is likely to shift a bit after the footage gets uploaded online, the general consensus was that Murda Mook won with a very dominant 3-0 performance.  The battle could also be argued 2-1 in the building because Lux's first round was very good.

Mook was very pleased with his performance and personally thinks that he 3-0'd Lux.  He stated that from the very first round he wanted to "get under his skin" and "tilt him off balance."  After he succeeded in doing that, Mook stated that "it was smooth sailing for me."  He was very pleased with the fact that he managed to win back the approval of the fans and that they didn't come out booing him from the beginning due to his past performance vs. Iron Solomon.

Mook also spoke briefly on the Joe Budden vs. Hollow Da Don battle.  Even though Mook missed the main event because he was a bit too busy basking in the glory of his victory, he did address Joe putting down the microphone in the third round.  He commended Lux for rapping through the crowd's boos and stated that Joe should've done the same.

Near the end of the interview, a special guest put on a performance for the fans in the background of the clip.  Can you guess who it was?
