Although Charlie Clips vs. Tay Roc didn't get to go down on the big stage for Smack/URL's NOME 4 battle event, Smack made sure to get this classic filmed shortly after the event and released the footage promptly for the fans' enjoyment. The result was what people expected it to be, another classic produced by the Smack/URL brand.
The first battle was a lopsided one, as Tay Roc wasn't the evolved battler that he is today so Clips was able to easily dominate him. However, in their rematch the outcome was totally different as Tay Roc came out swinging for the fences with hard bars to serve as much better competition for Charlie. But don't get it twisted, Clips still did what Clips does best, which is manage to effortlessly perform on a level that either results in a clear victory or a debatable battle, and this one turned out to be a debatable classic.
