BET is currently airing a 4-part Hip-Hop documentary titled The Message, which focuses on the birth of the genre, the beefs, the record labels and pretty much every major incident that has impacted the culture. The mini series features guest appearances from hip-hop heavyweights such as Nas, Snoop Dogg, Juicy J and Master P, and will have them shed light on the growth of the genre and the different events that have occurred in the past 30 years.
The series, which debuted on June 4th, will air its second episode this Wednesday night at 10PM on BET.
