West Coast Battle Rap veteran Illmaculate spoke with Journalist Michael Hughes about his upcoming battle with Aye Verb in this clip from his exclusive interview with VladTV.  Illmaculate respects Verb's skills, but hopes that he doesn't come with "filler" and takes the battle seriously.  He believes that the fact that many Smack/URL rappers have never been in officially judged matches causes them to go lighter in battles because they have no fear of suffering an official loss in the battle.

Illmac also spoke on the highly anticipated Total Slaughter battle between Hollow Da Don and Joe Budden.  He thinks that the battle is beneficial for Battle Rap as a whole, and the fact that Shady Records is involved only serves as a testament to the potential that the sport of Battle Rap has to grow among the mainstream audience.  Illmaculate is very interested in seeing how Joe Budden will do, since he is essentially going from never battling in an official modern rap battle to facing Hollow Da Don who is one of the best in the world.
