Papoose speaks about Kanye West's controversial track, "New Slaves," in this clip from his exclusive interview with VladTV. Papoose agrees with Arsenio Hall, who feels Kanye shouldn't be using the word "slave" to describe himself or anyone else who lives a life of luxury.
The Bed-Stuy emcee breaks down many of the words and images that are commonly associated with slavery, and states that Kanye is "not a slave." He believes that it is a "heavy word to be thrown around," and unless a person spends a significant amount of time inside a cell or under other extreme circumstances then they have no idea what it feels like to be in bondage.
