Updated information on Times Square Bomb Scare. According to an official report, the makeshift bomb was made up of propane tanks, fireworks, petrol containers, wires and two clocks. The was found planted in the rear of the vehicle. Mayor Michael Bloomberg, has said that "the city narrowly escaped a terrible and deadly event".
