During his last interview before his untimely death, Big Glo opens up about the meaning behind his other moniker, Blood Money, explaining that he had the name before he was even rapping. When asked about tattooing "Blood Money" on his eyelids, he reveals that he got the ink done in 2009, and it was his first "real tattoo" done in a shop.

Speaking on his other tattoos, Big Glo says that he has teardrops under his eyes and his Glo Gang emoji, which he calls his "badge." When talking about the crack tattoo on his forehead, he says that it symbolizes all the knowledge that's in his brain, making his head bust open. He adds that he had plans for much more ink, including more pieces on his face, neck, and hands.
