Producer Drumma Boy sat down with El Dorado of HipHopSince1987.com and gave fans an in-depth look at his come up as a producer, from working with his Memphis, TN hometown heroes like Three 6 Mafia to moving to Atlanta and hitting the studio with Rick Ross, Jeezy & TI, with whom he got a Grammy nomination for his work on "Paper Trail."

With hits like Birdman's "Money to Blow", Waka Flocka Flame's "No Hands", Plies "Shawty" and Jeezy's "I Put On," Drumma is now a vet, and he shared his thoughts on being prepared for opportunities and appreciating and taking advantage of every one.

He also revealed that watching his older brother make music from a young age, and having a very musical family, heavily influenced his decision to pursue Hip-Hop production. The one song that was essential in that decision was Warren G and Nate Dogg's "Regulate," as well as Snoop, Tupac (his favorite rapper) Biggie and Nas. Drumma also revealed he just finished his 2nd film score, with a 3rd on the way.

Lastly he discusses his new album, "Welcome to My City: Unification Process of Memphis, Vol 3" featuring Future, 8 Ball & MJG, Cory Gunz and more.
