The founder of the increasingly popular virtual reality system, Oculus Rift's Palmer Lucky, spoke with HipHopGamer at the PAX East 2014 event about the huge $2 billion deal his company made with Facebook.  Lucky explained how the deal with Facebook has helped to make his company much more stable and able to hire new talented minds to contribute to the expansion of their brand.

He also addressed the pressures of staying ahead of their VR competition, such as Sony Playstation's "Project Morpheus" virtual reality headset for the Playstation 4.  Palmer tried to reassure his many doubters that the Oculus Rift can and will offer the best VR experience to its users, and while there are many who currently have serious doubts about Oculus' deal with Facebook, "fans will agree with the Facebook deal a year from now."
