We cannot confirm whether or not this is a well-played April Fools prank or not, but Bossip has reported that they've gotten a confirmation that Tyler Perry has cast Kim Kardashian as the lead role in his remake version of "The Scarlet Letter."  The original work was published in 1850 by author Nathaniel Hawthorne, and tells the story of a woman named Hester Prynne, who committed adultery and was forced to wear a scarlet letter "A" on her chest as a sign of her wrongdoing.

Kim Kardashian was previously featured in Tyler Perry's "Temptation," so it if this rumor is true, it's safe to say that Perry really liked working with Kim and has high hopes for her ability to carry the weight of the film.  How do you think Kim K would do if she plays the leading role in the film?
