The second season of the Ultimate Freestyle Friday (UFF) competition kicked off this past Friday, March 28th, courtesy of BET's 106 & Park in collaboration with the mecca of Battle Rap, Smack/URL.  The eight competitors selected this time around are all top prospects from the new Proving Grounds (PG) class, with the first match being between Pontiac, Michigan's Andy LaRocksta a.k.a. Sno, vs H-A Double representing New Orleans.

Hosted by Bow Wow and Smack White, the battle kicked off with strong bars and performances in the first rounds from both MC's, however Sno managed to gain the bulk of crowd reaction throughout the entire battle.  The second round is when the battle greatly tipped over in Sno's favor, as H-A Double suffered a legitimate choke, however he did manage to get back and track and finish his round.  When H-A Double choked again in the third round, it pretty much sealed the deal for Sno to be awarded the victory, but don't let the chokes take away from Sno's bars and performance, because he was cooking from start-to-finish with or without H-A Double's chokes.

Sno was awarded with the victory by the judges, Shaheem Reid, Kid Capri, and Amadeus.  Be sure to tune into next week's episode of  BE's 106 & Park Smack/URL Ultimate Freestyle Friday on April 4th to see Ty Law and Prez Mafia exchange bars.  How do you feel about Season 2 of the UFF so far?
