A video of Olympic Gold Medalist Usain Bolt dancing provocatively with a young beauty at the Trinidad Carnival has made its way around the Internet recently, and TMZ caught up with Ne-Yo to ask him about his thoughts on footage.  In the clip, Usain is performing the "Dagger" dance on a Trinidadian beauty as he has her legs spread wide while he cups her buttocks with his hands and thrusts away at her pelvic region.  TMZ cameras asked Ne-Yo if he thought the dance would ever catch on in the United States and become a popular trend and Ne-Yo was doubtful of that ever happening.

He responded by joking about how the dance would be considered sexual assault in the U.S., specifically in New York.

"No, no.  In New York it's called something else, it's called "rape."  Yea, I don't think it's going to catch on here.  It's kind of a cultural thing over there.  Na, I don't think it's going to [catch on]."

He then stated that he is personally familiar with the dance after having taken multiple visits to Jamaica where he has actually performed the "Dagger" dance as well.  Check out the footage of Usain Bolt "Daggering" a pretty young woman, above.
