A Michigan teacher is under fire after she recorded an 11-year-old autistic student who got his head and upper body stuck in a classroom chair.  Instead of helping him she poked fun at his trapped situation and teased him in front of his classmates.  The school's principal came into the classroom and noticed the boy, however decided that his situation was not an emergency and left without helping him.  The principal resigned soon after this incident occurred.

Parents have rallied behind the teacher and offered her a great deal of support, however she did send out the video to her friends and coworkers which is a violation of the student's privacy laws.
