The latest episode of Noisey's "Chiraq" documentary series follows 19-year-old Chicago music producer Young Chop, as he drives through Downtown Chicago with his mother "Momma Chop."  Since Chop doesn't have his driver's license yet, his mother often gives him a ride, and they both explained to Noisey that they never really visit the Downtown area, which is far wealthier than the neighborhood Chop is from.

Noisey went on to cover the heightened level of segregation within the Chicago neighborhoods, and eventually visited a few young individuals who are members of "FLY" (Fearless Leading by the Youth).  The group has worked on creating the Trauma Center Campaign, which would allow for people in their teenage years to be treated in the South Side of Chicago, rather than have to drive 10-miles to treat a life threatening injury.
