Lil Wayne is still conducting damage control for his Miami Heat/NBA rant over All-Star Weekend -- an outburst which spurred Luther Campbell to pen an article about Wayne expressing his feelings regarding Wayne's negative statements about his home.
Wayne recently responded to Luke's letter and the many angry Miami residents during an interview with 99 Jamz.
