The clerk act without thinking responsibly. That 8 year old knew better. But, just like Sweet Brown would say " I ain't got time for dat". I hope it taught him that acting up at home is one thing, but in the pubic people will show you where crazy come from. The clerk did not have time for that, and according to how hard that cookie jar hit her, she just felt at the time that she had to get him herself.
