Swizz Beatz revealed his past experiences attending numerous rap battles that Cassidy would participate in. He stated the he would actually go with Cassidy to local projects in many different areas and battle with the top spitter of that particular block. Swizz compared battling for Cassidy to touring, since he was always facing off against other MC's. Swizz then shed light on his own past growing up as a freestyle battle rapper before he even got into DJ'ing or producing music.

If only 15 year old girls could comprehend or appreciate or dance to the lyrical dexterity, vocabulary comprehension, wordplay and aggression in battle rap, guys like Cassidy, Lux, Mook, Rex, ICE, Math, Verb, X-Factor, Charlie Clips, Goodz, Hitman Holla, Yung Ill would all be millionaires.
