The Truth is the truth, Charlamange is correct even though he is somewhat joking at the sametime. It is no joke though in the hood and these little n!ggaz growing up without discipline no real parents no father to keep them in check no activities and TV and Internet play a role in this mayhem thats going on in all the hoods.
