Big Boi Explains His Stance On Gun Rights

Outkast rapper Big Boi linked up with Huff Post Live recently for an interesting interview, in which Big Boi revealed his libertarian political beliefs, his support of 2012 Presidential candidate Gary Johnson, and his views on gun control.

The US gun control discussion has been exacerbated recently by tragedies, and it'd be an understatement to say people feel strongly about it.

"Where I stand at is on the Second Amendment, where the right to bear arms is not just for hunting and fishing and things like that," explained Big Boi. "It's the right of the American people to have a means of defense against a tyrannical government. Sometimes you gotta have that back up plan."

Big Boi is speaking the truth. I'm a gun owner as well as a family man & father of 2. I'm a hard working man & very responsible. I feel I should be able to protect my family if anybody try's to hurt us. I think they need to start doing personal references b4 u are able to buy a gun. 3 references like a job requires & also background checks on who lives in ur house.

Well when you watch the news, you see a lot of guys so angry, they can barely construct a sentence. Maybe you should reflect on what's being said instead of calling someone a retard.
