Shit was all designed to hold us blacks back! The CIA put the drugs and guns in our community back in the day to hold us back. Thats why it used to be so hard to find drugs or get a illegal gun in the white neigborhoods. Then the Black Panthers, BLA and other Black militant groups started speaking up and taking action against alot of the shit. They started killing and locking them away for years on top of years leaving alot of us without families, strugling to survive. Drugs became the escape rather u were using or selling the shit. And as time went by u have more and more people in jail more and more families broken...Black, White, Latino, etc. They need to start puttin more focus on this topic, and decrimalize drugs.

right on point,, most new jails are private run prisons that share stock on the market.. its even been proven that alot of people who have investment in private prisons also have investment in the music industry.. in the early 90's record buisness people had a meeting with the top labels and top people to sell and push more negative hiphop music because it spread to a generation growing up to live a criminal life style, and that is true known fact, even people that worked at labels went on record to speak about it and how they feared to even let that information out due to saftey and there work.. if you think right now most rap acts that get singed are the less talent most uncle tom rappers speaking about the same crap is a plan ... u can have black rappers rap about drugs and killing,,, let them make raps about white men and killing white men see if they get signed

shit is crazy true, people are deadass in jailcells because of smoking a joint and violating probation, its like a cycle, these prisons generate money for the wealthy that invest in stock of these prisons..
