Kendrick Lamar Reveals Favorite Album Of The Year

West Coast rapper Kendrick Lamar has had a highly successful year, as his debut album "good kid m.A.A.d. city" was one of the most anticipated and favorable LPs of 2012. Lamar received much love for his diligent work on the album but he also showed love for the work of others as well.

In a recent interview, Kendrick named Nas' "Life Is Good" album as his favorite project of the year. Check out the video above to hear what else Lamar had to say.

lamar only had the best album this year to people who only listen to major label artist, real Hip Hop heads know alot of great albums come out every year that may not be all on the radio or tv or on media outlets, this year i liked Chino XL- Ricanstruction, Madchil- Dope Sick, Xzibit- Napalm , Vinny Paz- WU-BLOCK, Strong Arm Steady- Stereo Type, ect so get your mind right people dont just call major label albums good they are just more promoted thats all Kendrick album was nothing ground breaking it was an average good rap album
