Wyclef Jean was at the Shade 45 studios recently where he spoke on various hip-hop related topics including his new album, VIP. One of the highlights of this video is the hot freestyle he spits at the beginning for over 3 minutes with some dope bars.

It's funny because i could have swore that freestyle was straight garbage. These guys are writers, and they talk about everybody is a rapper, but all them niggas are just wannabes. I wish i had the funds to show some of these niggas how to make a track, or go in public and freestyle. That shit was wack! Shyne had a hundred times better freestyle. I don't know who seconds this bullshit ass freestyle just because he is a vet. Someone needs to tell him the truth, SONG WRITER!!!

Na dog, I listened to the whole freestyle. The whole thing was half assed. If any OTHER nigga woulda spit that everyone woulda said he's garbo. The freestyled corus was half half assed, that shit soundex terrivle, I wouldn't listen to that like a pusha freestyle. My homie im from the m7dwest. Home of making SONGS. But serious, the lyrics were terrible, he should have rold them to change the beat too. If any rapper is gonna make a fool of himself by spitting to an instrumental he knows doesn't work for him, thats sad.My homie honestly all I ever did was want to be a music maker, and im not one oftese shitty drug dealers who thinks because they got money they can buy a studio. I have been offered many opportunities but im just too scared of groups of people, unknown people, and i get stage fright.
