Jay-Z hit the stage to perform in Ohio to introduce Barack Obama on Monday, November 6th along with Bruce Springsteen.  While on stage, Jay performed a special remix version of his hit single "99 Problems."  The original lyrics, which most people already know, are "If you're having girl problems I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but a b*tch ain't one," but in light of the presidential election and in support of Barack Obama, Jay spit: "If you're having world problems I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but Mitt ain't one."

Jay made note that he didn't get official clearance to spit the revised version of his "99 Problems", but he stated that he just had to do it.  Jay-Z also addressed the crowd numerous times and motivated them to support Obama during the election if they hadn't voted already.

"This is testament to how someone's voice can be so powerful, that we're standing in Ohio," Jay said.  "How many of you already voted?" Jay asked. "How many going to vote right after this concert? Not that many of you? You already voted? The whole building? What am I doing here?!"

Jay also screamed out motivational phrases like "Are we ready to move forward Ohio?" and "Forward!" before he introduced Barack Obama to the big stage.
