Liability issue with supermarkets to keep food for sale if power is out..most of the food should be good though...cant blame them ppl for grabing food that obviously will not be spoiled.....

The title is misleading. The guy in the video is complaining that the supermarket is throwing away food instead of giving it to people who might need it... But, I think the supermarkets threw it out because of the power outage. That food is spoiled.
