ESPN commentator Stephen A. Smith received heavy negative publicity recently after reportedly saying "n*gga please" on air. The basketball junkie was talking about the unlikelihood of Kobe Bryant missing opening night with an injured foot, to which he expressed his disbelief by uttering the phrase. However, Stephen A. claims he never said it at all, blaming his fast-paced speech on the mishap. He refuses to apologize for something he "didn't say."
