In 2011, rapper 50 Cent joined forces with the nation's leading hunger-relief organization known as "Feeding America". 50 was able to contribute funds for charity through the sales of his SMS Audio headphones in an attempt to help those in need. Every purchase of his SMS Audio headphones leads to a donation of 250 meals to the organization, and 50 issued a Public Service Announcement via radio to promote the cause. Check it out above.

The fact is that most donations that goes to poverty comes from the lower class rather the upper class. Why? When one reaches a certain level of income their values becomes distorted. Money becomes an addiction. The more they get, the more they want. There is about 5.1 million millionaires in America. If each of them donated at least 2% of their net worth that would be $102,000,000,000. Now you tell me how much that can feed America.
