Joe Budden sat down with Hot 97 and ThatsEnuff.com to give his opinion on who he feels will be the top 5 teams in the NBA for the upcoming 2012-2013 season. After the Lakers acquired Steve Nash and Dwight Howard, Joe had no other choice but to put them at the top of the list.
