I say any white person who uses the word needs to be ready for whatever consequences come for using it. Not every black person is "cool" with it. If you get killed or sued, it's on you, not the black person who responds to you saying it.

Puerto Ricans are "allowed" to say the word because if it wasnt for African slaves Puerto Ricos wouldnt even exist. Slavery went rite to Puerto Rico from the trade. Take a trip to Loíza,PR all you see is Africans. So yes Ricans are just as African as Blacks. Most blacks are not 100% African because of slavery.
