Jay-Z made sure fans had a memorable night on Saturday during day one of the "Made in America" festival. But he wasn't going to leave them hanging during the next day of performances either, as he made an appearance while Pearl Jam was headlining their set. The two came together to perform Jay's hit track "99 Problems".
