Always remember, "thieves always return to the scene of the crime."

And once again, that saying held true for a couple in Badalona, Spain, who were caught putting items into bags and slipping things into their clothing before dashing for the door once they were caught, according to LifeInCatalonia.com.

However, they didn't return to the scene of the crime to steal more.  They returned for their baby.

The shopkeeper called the local police, who brought the child to a caretaker, and when the criminal couple returned to the store, the cops were right there waiting for them.

This has become quite a trend though.  Earlier this week, a pregnant woman was accused of hitting three Wal-Mart employees as she tried to flee a Wal-Mart store in Texas.  The woman was with a small child at the time as well.

Last month in El Cerrito, California, employees tried to detain 29 year-old Booshondia Daniel after she tried to leave the store without paying for anything.  Daniel then allegedly pulled out a knife, waving it in a threatening manner before leaving the scene while pushing a baby in the stroller.
