For Kanye's "Lost In The World" track off of his My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album, he reached out to filmmaker Ruth Hogben to direct the video. The visuals consist of a number of women, wearing white gowns, seeming as though they are lost mental patients, floating around in the clouds and building tops. Either that, or they are angels looking for a way to pass over to the next life.
