NBA Rookie of the Year Damian Lillard is currently under fire from two brothers in Oregon, claiming the Blazer's guard stood around as his entourage beat them up.

Lillard was allegedly walking to his car leaving the club in Portland early Saturday morning, when he became irritated over one of the brothers taking a picture.

"So I took a picture. And so Damian was upset that I took his picture, so when he turned around he's like, 'Did you just take my picture?'" said one of the Brothers. "And his entourage just turned around too and they're like 'did you just take a picture of Damian Lillard?' And I was like, 'Yeah I did.' And so I saw that he was clearly upset, they were upset, and I was like, 'Can I apologize to him? Like I'll go up right now and apologize to him.'"

Despite the brother's alleged attempt to negotiate, he says it all turned sour after only minutes. An all-out fight ensued, in which they were reportedly beaten badly. Police are currently investigating.

R&B sensation Miguel really got into his performance of "Adorn" at Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards, but things went awry when he tried to jump the stage. While trying to make his way to the other side he leg dropped a fan in the crowd, and the moment was quickly turned into Internet gold.

Memes of Miguel dropkicking the fan began popping up shortly after the moment, and we've compiled some of the best in the above slide.

A hotel security guard called 911 on Chief Keef to report that he and his friends had drugs inside their hotel room.

Meek Mill called out a guy by the name of @ConwayBeatz on Twitter for direct messaging him to ask for $5,000, which Meek called "begging."

He wrote, "I don't put up sh*t like this 2 play a nig*a.... I put it up 2 let u kno why I don't b f*cking wit these weak begging ass nig*as.... I knew this guy my whole life.... I lose 1 everyday over this paper......ain't seen this ni*ga in a year and he asked me for 5k thru twitter!" 

While Meek claims that he was begging for the money, Conway has a different story. He doesn't deny asking Meek for the money through Twitter, but says that the Philly rapper changed his number and wouldn't answer any of his messages.

Roc Nation Sports signee Skylar Diggins got a huge surprise on her graduation day when Jay-Z had a shiny new Mercedes delivered to her as a gift. Diggins is among the first clients of Jay's new venture as a sports agent, a list which also includes Yankees player Robinson Cano and Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz.

The internet almost exploded last week after a picture of Drake in a Dada short suit hit the web. Memes were pumped out at a rapid rate, making fun of Drake's suspect choice of clothing on the set of the "No New Friends" track.

On Monday, Drake addressed the meme-making by posting a couple himself. One is of him and Rashad from T.I.'s 2006 acting debut "ATL," and the other is him playing soccer with the caption "FIFA God."

Dwyane Wade and Lebron James hit up Miami Beach recently and decided to show some skin to their fellow beach-goers.  Lebron and Wade both refused to wear a shirt as they kicked back and relaxed on the beach with friends.  It looks as though they enjoyed a quick splash in the cool water before kicking back to soak up the sun.  Their athletic physique more than likely had many of the flabbier men on the beach with their ladies pretty envious and inspired them to go hit up a gym asap!

Talk about instant karma.

Surveillance video footage from Bogota, Colombia shows a man attempting to steal a woman's cell phone, only to be smacked by an oncoming bus seconds later.

The victim was nice enough to help the phone snatcher out from under the bus, and was able to get her phone back.

After Miguel leg dropped a fan in the audience at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night, memes starting popping up like wildfire comparing the "Adorn" singer to Hulk Hogan. The Hulkster took notice and decided to comment on the moment via Twitter, writing "MIGUELAMANIA at least he did it right brother. HH."

Soon after crushing the fan and running backstage, Miguel tweeted "got caught up in the moment, thank goodness Khyati is okay." When interviewed backstage Miguel said, "Well, I think it's kind of clear what happened," Miguel told Billboard. "But I'm very happy to bring my new friend, Khyati, we just met . Unfortunately we did not meet under the best circumstances, but I think we're OK."

While Wale has yet to reveal the features for his album, he has disclosed the project's release date, tracklist, and cover art. During the performance of Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne's "High School" single at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, Nicki showed off her raunchy side and gave Weezy a brief but intense lap dance towards the end of their set!  She was wearing tight black leggings with rips down both legs, along with a very short black crop-top to show off her slim stomach, and a black Chanel baseball cap.

Weezy and Nicki both performed the song in a flirtatious manner before Nicki and her two backup dancers pulled out chairs.  Weezy sat in the middle and enjoyed a close-up view of Nicki's enormous cake jiggling all around him and on top of him.  Nicki's backup dancers enjoyed a phantom lap dance with just the chairs they were dancing on.

By the look on Weezy's face, he definitely loved the view.

Ronald Fenty seems to have an unwavering amount of support for Chris Brown.  Even after the vicious beating Chris delivered to Fenty's daughter in 2009, he still maintained that he liked Chris and that he believes he just made a mistake, as do all human beings.  

The Sun caught up with Fenty and questioned him about how he feels about Rihanna and Chris' recent breakup.  Fenty is optimistic that this isn't the last chapter in the Rihanna and Chris Brown chronicles.

 "I'm still his No1 fan — I still like Chris regardless.  They have a very passionate relationship but if they split up it does not mean it's for ever with them. In a couple of months they'll be back together."

He also addressed how Rihanna is remaining strong despite having their split publicized for the second time.

"She seemed to be doing OK. We talked about how the tour was going, I asked her if she partied and she needed rest and she said: 'I'm going to be okay, Dad.' Whatever road my daughter chooses, I'm behind her win or lose. My main thing is that she's happy.  She likes to enjoy herself, who doesn't?  I think she needs to take a little rest, a break. I think she might be working too hard. It's taken a little toll on her and she needs to ease up."

For $45, tourists can now have the opportunity to hop on a bus and go on a more unconventional tour than most folks are normally accustomed to.  According to NewsOne, a bus company has created the "Real Bronx Tours" which allegedly caters to white European and Australian tourists, and takes them on a tour through various areas in the Bronx, showing the struggling and impoverished black and Latino individuals within the community.

The bus tours make stops at housing projects, a food-pantry line, and St. Mary's Park.  The gritty tour is seen by many to be controversial and insensitive, for obvious reasons.  One unnamed tour participant claimed that a tour guide named Lynn Battaglia tried to make jokes about the suffering community they passed through.  She allegedly painted the picture of the South Bronx as being a crime-stricken area plagued by violence and severe poverty, and that it has been that way since the 1970s.  

She allegedly went so far as to describe a food line to the passengers by saying, "I don't know what that line's about, but every Wednesday we see it.  We see them go in with empty carts, and we see them come out with carts full."

Ms. Battaglia also described St. Mary's Park:

"If it were 1980, and you said to me, 'Lynn, I want to die.' My answer would be, 'You're in the right neighborhood."

Director Spiff TV,spoke to MTV about the concept for the video, "The concept is that ATL bike life. That street bike life is real big now. Shout out to Meek Mill, he really put me more up on it. From Baltimore and Philly. The parks, riding four-wheelers and just that lifestyle."

In an act of profound generosity, Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant is giving $1 million to help the relief efforts in Moore, Oklahoma following Monday's devastating tornado, according to the Red Cross. Not only that, but the Oklahoma City Thunder organization is matching Durant's donation and also shelling out $1 million towards disaster relief.

Here's to hoping more people follow KD's lead and help the Red Cross assist the folks who have had their lives shattered by this terrible event.

In between touring, Beyonce took some time to relax with her family before performing in Munich, Germany on Wednesday. She was joined by Jay-Z, Solange, her nephew Julez, and Solange's boyfriend Alan.

Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice's home was burglarized over the weekend, and $2,000 in cash along with 2 guns were stolen. A friend of Rice's was staying at his home while he was away, and reported the robbery. 

Baltimore County police spokeswoman Cpl. Cathleen Batton spoke about the burglary, revealing that it happened 8:30 p.m. Friday and 12:50 a.m. Saturday. The culprit forced their way into Rice's home through a rear window, which was all caught on a security camera. 

During an interview with USA Today Sports, Ray spoke about the incident, "My family and I are fine, which is the most important thing. This is an unfortunate incident that I am dealing with through the proper channels."

Some people think they're way smarter than the police, but they usually discover the hard way that they're wrong. As was the case with Sam Greenwood of England, taunted police on Facebook and was subsequently arrested the next day.

Police posted a photo of Greenwood on their Facebook page, as he was wanted for a probation violation. The cocky youth saw his picture and took to his own Facebook account to send a message to the cops, "Catch me if u can." Greenwood was spotted by a patrol car the very next day and arrested.

Normally, the police station will simply remove the photo after a fugitive has been apprehended. In this case, however, the cops commented on Greenwood's photo, writing, "Caught you. Do not pass Go, do not collect £200, go straight to jail."

Greenwood was arrested in January for traffic violations and served four months in a Youth Offenders Institute. His pic was posted to Facebook because he skipped a few appointments with his probation officer.

Chief Keef was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia, yesterday for disorderly conduct, according to TMZ. He was allegedly smoking marijuana at a hotel.

After the arrest Keef, real name Keith Cozart, tweeted "Jus Got Out Of Dekalb County Jail In Atlanta Mad As f**k."

The Chicago hip hop rookie is no stranger to the law - he's been arrested numerous times before and even has a gun conviction.

Rain plagued the Cannes red carpet for the "Jimmy P.: Psychotherapy of a Plains Indian" premiere event this weekend, and the stars had to power through the falling showers in order to make it inside to dry ground.  Eva Longoria, who was wearing a sea foam green Atelier Versace gown with an open back and very high slit up the right leg almost suffered a wardrobe malfunction due to the heavy rainfall.

While making her way towards the theater, she nearly lifted her dragging dress a bit too high and almost exposed more of her body than she intended.  Luckily for her, the dress didn't go any further past her thigh.

Nicki Minaj might be leaving "American Idol," but another female singer is just emerging back on the singing competition scene.

Kelly Rowland will officially be appearing as a judge on this fall's season of "The X Factor," and will sit alongside Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato and Paulino Rubio. The former "Destiny's Child" diva was previously a judge on the U.K. edition of the show.

"I am very excited to be reuniting with Simon Cowell and 'The X Factor' family," said Kelly. "It feels great to be able to take this journey here at home in the States."

Even Simon Cowell commented on the news saying, "It's taken more than a decade but I'm delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls. Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel. It just feels like the time to do something different."

After all the drama Khloe Kardashian had to face for her beauty line, you'd think the Kardashian folks would be a bit more careful about what they're selling. However, most recently, Khloe accidentally found a way to anger the State of New York.

A t-shirt sold by Khloe and Lamar Odom's clothing line, Rich Soil, has put a bad taste in the mouth of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. The shirt's logo is apparently similar to the "Pride in New York" logo used by the Department of Agriculture to label locally-grown food. The department reportedly sent the couple a letter, demanding the shirt be discontinued or face legal action.
