E-40 felt the love from his friends on Tuesday night, as they packed in TRU nightclub to celebrate the success of his smash hit single "FUNCTION" off the 3-CD project, The Block Brochure: Welcome to the Soil 1, 2 & 3.
Celebs walked the orange carpet into the event, which included Warren G, Too Short, Xzibit, DJ Whoo Kid, V-Nasty, Droop-E and more.

215- 40's been in the game longer than you've been on earth- its a fact that most of the shit you hear in hip hop came from the Bay- people come to the bay to learn the slang and how to hustle- if it wasn't for Master P moving to the south and puttin them up on the independent game- it wouldn't be shit! I'm from the Bay and I must say what happened..Its like the west cost fell off back in 1998 ,to be nice I will say 2000.now its all about the east cost miami, new york , atlanta.its sad because when I see Rick Ross I'm like 40 is tighter but he must have got with a wack bithch cause it takes a real women to make a man reach his greatest p potential.
