Gilbert Arenas has had a change of heart and wants to drop his lawsuit restricting his now fiancee from using his likeness on the show Basketball Wives.

Arenas' relationship with the mother of his four children, Laura Govan, has been a roller coaster as they have been on and off for about 10 years.

The couple's dirty laundry has played out in the public, most notably when Arenas was served with a child support order at halftime during a game a couple of seasons ago.

The Memphis Grizzlies star and Govan decided to rekindle their love for each other late last year and have since gotten engaged.

Arenas has put in a request to the courts that they dismiss the lawsuit, however he wants to reserve the right to bring it back whenever he sees fit, just in case he feels exploited again.

She Media, the producers of Basketball Wives, are requesting that the court dismisses the case permanently.
