Despite the fact that Nicki Minaj deleted her Twitter account only nine days ago on April 15th, it seems as though that was enough time. The rapper relaunched her Twitter account, and has regained nearly 200k followers - a far cry from the millions she enjoyed before.
She told Tim Westwood last week that rebooting her Twitter page was highly unlikely, which makes this all seem like it was a cheap tactic to gain some attention.

That's because her public relation's manager told her she would loose million's in advertisements, endorsements and revenue. Don't think for one second she care's about her fans.
