Although Kim Kardashian has yet to confirm her relationship with Kanye West, it seems that she's making it quite obvious that the two are in fact dating.

After spending the weekend in New York with her rumored beau, whom she introduced to her family, Kim was spotted at the airport wearing a pair of "KW" earrings. A trail of paparazzi zoomed in on the gleaming gold earrings, which was an obvious ode to her new boyfriend.
