Carmelo and Lala Anthony are doing major things in the world lately if you haven't noticed. Lala is featured in the film Act Like a Lady Think Like a Man, which hits theaters today (April 20) and her hubby Carmelo is playing out of his mind as the New York Knicks are preparing for the NBA playoffs.
Lala recently sat down for an interview with The New York Post and discussed her reality TV show, her new film and the hand-picked art in her and Melo's Hell's Kitchen residence.
If you ever watched her show, "Lala's Full Court", you couldn't help but notice the huge painting of Carmelo's face that sits in the living room above the fireplace.
When asked about artwork, Lala spoke on the huge painting and had this to say,
"This past Christmas, we purchased a huge, modern picture of my husband from the artist Paul Gerben, whose studio is located in SoHo. It was great to be directly in touch with the artist himself, which enabled us to create this fantastic, very large and abstract piece that we love."
Gerben also painted a portrait of their son, Kiyan.
