When news broke that Nicki Minaj had deleted her verified Twitter account, her 11 million followers were absolutely distraught.
Shortly after, she cleared up as to why she left the Twitter universe, explaining that a popular fan site leaked tracks from her recently released sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded onto the net.
But now, the Young Money artist may have a different reason as to why she left behind her 11 million followers.
During a taping of the Graham Norton show, Nicki hinted that her imagination may have gotten the best of her.
"A voice in my head told me to delete my Twitter and that's what I did. I had 11 million followers and I hope they will wait for me. I reply all the time and get to know them by name and I have a really personal bond with them... not all 11 million, but at least 10 of them a day."
She then briefly spoke on if she had plans of reactivating her account and she said "I don't know yet, I'm thinking about it. I miss my Barbz, please bear with me."
