Michael Jordan's Bobcats May Post Worst Record Ever

Michael Jordan has been widely considered to be the greatest NBA player to ever grace a 94 foot court. But, his winning prowess has not transcended after retirement as his team, the Charlotte Bobcats, has never been a playoff team and may end up posting the worst record in league history.

Granted, this NBA season has been condensed due to the unfortunate lockout that occured in early October 2011 and only has a maximum of 66 regular season games. But the 'Cats have had another woeful season with MJ at the helm, and there are no signs of improvement on the horizon.

With only six games left in their season, the Bobcats are currently 7-53, and if they lose the remainder of their games they will indeed put up the worst record ever.

Bobcats shooting guard Matt Carol briefly discussed the disappointment among the rest of the team.

"We are desperate to get a win. No one wants to be known as the worst team in NBA history. I've been talking about this with guys on the team for [the] last two weeks, telling them we at least need to get one more win. I think guys at first heard it but weren't thinking it was going to happen."

Even though Mike has jokingly hinted at comebacks, don't expect him to lace up a pair of Air Jordans to help out his struggling team.
