The moment of truth is getting near in Lil Boosie's murder trial, as April 30th is less than two weeks away. If convicted, Boosie, legally known as Torrence Hatch, will automatically face a life sentence. He is on trial for conspiring to have a man named Terry Boyd murdered in October of 2009.
Boosie's mother, Connie Hatch, has asked that all of Boosie's fans pray for her son during the trial, and she has released a statement on Boosie's behalf thanking fans for their unwavering support during his time behind bars.
"Boosie thanks everyone for all of the letters that have been coming in. He reads every single one of them. He can not write back right now or talk to anyone outside his family because of his upcoming trial."
