A South Dakota mother was awakened by her barking dogs around 5 a.m. Sunday morning only to discovere 24-year-old Rebecca Silva sleeping in her bed.

What makes this story even better is the fact that Silva not only broke into the house intoxicated and passed out in her bed, but she also tried to breastfeed the mother's two-month old infant.

According to a police report filed by Lt. Derrick Powers of the Brookings, S.D. police department, Silva appeared to have been drunk when she picked up the baby and attempted to nurse it.

"After (the resident) called police, she found the suspect lying in her bed," said Powers.

"I did not break into her house," Silva told the Associated Press.  "She gave me her pajamas.  She lied that I broke into her house.  I did not try to feed her baby.  That didn't happen."

Silva was charged with unlawful occupancy, and conceded they had been drinking and she fought with the mom before the incident.  She was released on her own recognizance.
