NO First-Degree Murder Charge for Zimmerman

In a surprise turn in the Trayvon Martin case, special prosecutor and State Attorney Angela Corey decided against using a grand jury, saying in a press release that "it's not needed."
In short, alleged gunman George Zimmerman cannot be tried for first-degree murder since a grand jury would be needed for that charge.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Sanford police classified the case as a possible manslaughter before it was turned over to prosecutors. Since Martin was not an adult at the time of his death, a manslaughter charge could carry a maximum sentence of 30 years.
Zimmerman has yet to be arrested, despite more evidence emerging which supports the argument that this was a homicide.

First off you can always see negative and dumb comments online race has nothing to do with this crime in Florida you have white people raping and molesting and blacks shooting people to take someone else's hard earned money same with Latin people so just because he is half Spanish it doesn't excuse shit now as far as people doin anything when they see him is bullshit. Cause I remember a certain white girl who buried her baby and blamed it on everyone and their mother and still got off she being Casey Anthony was labeled as the most hated in America yet she is alive lol and living. I think all people who commit crimes that deserve capital punishment are pieces of shit so whether Ur black white Arab Latin Asian or anything everyone pays for their crimes one way or another so stop being ignorant racist people because what you type online you won't say in person.
