bill seems to be saying that there was something suspicious about Trayvon from the beginning. Sounds like a young kid walking and minding his own business to me. I dont believe if that was a white kid walking, zimmerman would have stopped him. I dont understand these fake people who think that racism magically disappeared.

I agree with Bill Cosby. Zimmerman wouldn't have never thought twice about following Trayvon if he didn't have that gun with him that night. Zimmerman would have been too scared to have tried to do anything, without something like a gun that would have made him comfortable and gave him power to do what he did. But, that what happens when guns are in the hands of weak people.

Give people power and their true nature will come ou! In this case Zimmerman did not only abuse his power but he showed what kind of weak person he really is. 1st he did everything he was supposed to do - call the cops and report a person that was an unfamiliar face - we can all agree or diagree if this was right or wrong but that's how a neighbourhood watch works. But since this fuck had a gun he was on some powertrip, thinking like he was supposed to act like the police. If Zimmerman did not carry a gun that night most definitely the outcome would've been less tragic. He would've just called police and Treyvon would still live. Put a gun into weak people's hand and see what happens... I used to have a gun but I got rid of it cuz I felt uncomfortable having it - that shit can kill people and I could not live with the fact doing some dumb shit...

To an extent. You cannot label everyone with a gun as a person that means to kill. That is too obtuse. The truth is that most gun owners simply hunt and go to the range. Some get it for defense. It's called deterrence. If I am a criminal and I know you have a gun, I will think twice before attacking you. Also, I feel that if you are influenced then yes, you can have a gun. Otherwise you are a flashlight cop who isn't very effective. Maybe the watch should have tasers, but who will pay for that? The truth is Zimmerman had a gun because he was licensed to have one. Not because he was on the watch.
