I grew up off Eve's music (I was a HUGE Ruff Ryder fan), and I gotta say that everybody should respect her opinions. However, when was the last time Eve came out with new music? Real talk... The last time I've heard from Eve was from her always being cozy next to some rich, white dude (stating that Black dudes do it to white women all the time). That Foxy shit should've been addressed YEARS ago when she called her out on record... BY NAME. Fox Boogie damn near had every rap chick in the game shook, until she ran into Jackie-O (THEN THAT WAS ALL SHE WROTE!! lol...) Lauryn Hill is a grown woman, and she can makes moves whenever she wants to make them. It doesn't mean that her mind isn't in the "right place", it just means that her mind is "somewhere else..." And if she felt funny about what Nicki was saying on her records, why address it now? Eve couldn't put a DENT in Nicki's armor right now (even if she is the better emcee). As for the Iggy vs Banks nonsense, it sounded like she was taking sides in some shit she shouldn't take sides in. They're both young femcees on the come-up, and they market to different audiences. Eve has already done her part in the music industry, why provide fuel to an illusory flame?
