Laker Fan Meets Kobe Bryant For 105th Birthday

Allene Wynn enjoyed what will probably be considered one of the most memorable birthdays of her life this past Saturday night (3/31), when she met Kobe Bryant before the Lakers-Hornets game at the Staples Center. Ms. Wynn has been watching the Lakers since before Kobe was even on the NBA floor, and she says that her living room wall is decorated with all types of Lakers memorabilia. She watches them play as often as she can.
Kobe Bryant is without a doubt her favorite player, and getting to meet him in person was the best gift she could've asked for to celebrate her 105th birthday. She spoke to ESPNLosAngeles.com about how happy she was to meet him.
"It just made me feel good all over to meet him in person. I've been wanting to meet him for years. I got to touch him. I shook hands with him and hugged him. I said, 'Wait, let me hug you, baby.'"
