For all of those fans out there who have been craving a second album from Saigon, your wishes have been granted! He announced on his Twitter account recently that he will be releasing his second LP on September 11, 2012, titled Bread and Circuses.

Sorry but Saigon time came and gone. When he 1st came on the scene he had crazy buzz and everyone was checking for him. That greatest story never told album took too long to come out and years later when it finally did come out no one cared anymore. No one is checking for him anymore
