Tyrese Served With Restraining Order from Michael Bay!?

Jim, thanks for the tesonmtiy. I often think that we miss so many great opportunities to encourage one another by sharing our difficulties and the deliverance the Lord brings. Most often I find that He doesn't take away the problems, He simply leads us to know & trust Him better. And He often works, as you say, through our spouse.-Steve

I would like to respond to this Love Dare as a temsntoiy to my wife. Back in February, I was laid off from my work and at the same time my wife was retiring from her work this past April. Here we found ourselves with out a monthly paycheck from my employer and a somewhat reduced income from her retirement. Rather than PANIC, we were placed in the position having to trust in our Lord for the provisions we need each day. We both committed to trust Him rather than our incomes to get us through this opportunity to grow in our faith through His blessings. We are now going into June and we are still meeting our obligations. (Slow but sure). As an added bonus, we were able to work with our creditors without harassment. We continue to give Jesus our praise and continued needs and He is meeting those. I write this in response to the Love Dare #3 as a result of doing just as it states “Whatever you put your time, energy, and money into will become more important to you. It’s hard to care for something you are not investing in. Along with restraining from negative comments,” As Christians, we are told countless times to put our trust in the Lord and he will deliver us. Well, in my case, this is where the rubber meets the road. Do we really believe the word of our Lord? As an added bonus, He also gives us a helper we can lean on during these trying times. You might be thinking of the Holy Sprit, and this is true, but I am referring to my wife in this case. She has been a warrior and a counselor and continues to be at peace, knowing our Lord has everything under control. Retraining order? Am i missing something here? Since when does mentioning somebodies name (praising them at that) cause somebody to take out a restraining order?

I think he wen a little overboard. He could have called Tyrese personally and told him straight up on a man to man move like "cut the bull son that isn't cool"....but that only describes what kind of man michael is...I swear most folks just don't change....only a suckuh would do what Michael did....Tyrese should handle that...apologize for speakign that mans name but defend his character on his actions...totally uncalled for.
