ABC is trying to one-up Oprah Winfrey's interview with Whitney Houston's family by trying to snag Bobby Brown for an interview.
The network already scored an interview with Dionne Warwick, but are trying to get Bobby while the news is still hot. It is said that ABC affiliates are currently scrambling to find Bobby and get him to agree to an interview.
As far as pay is involved a network insider says he would be paid something equal to licensing fees, but the network says no pay will be involved.
